Esses materiais devem ser depositados em ca\u00e7ambas e nunca colocados na cal\u00e7ada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o faz a vistoria, notificando o morador. Se a irregularidade persistir, \u00e9 emitida a multa. O descarte irregular \u00e9 crime e suas san\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o amparadas pelas leis municipais 1051\/2006, 1612\/2013 e 1635\/2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal ainda ressalta que, se houver a necessidade de coleta de podas de \u00e1rvores, \u00e9 preciso contatar de forma antecipada a Secretaria do Meio Ambiente. Por meio da pasta, ser\u00e1 programada uma data para que este material seja recolhido.
