civil e do poder p\u00fablico. O papel desse conselho \u00e9 justamente reunir as demandas da popula\u00e7\u00e3o e contribuir para atender as necessidades da comunidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><div>Baseada nisso a Secretaria Municipal de Projetos e Planejamento Urbano realizou a Confer\u00eancia Extraordin\u00e1ria Municipal da Cidade de Pontal do Paran\u00e1.<\/div><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ocasi\u00e3o houve pronunciamento do presidente da Aciapar (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial e Industrial de pontal do paran\u00e1), \u00c9rcio Luiz Weschenfelder, membro do Conselho da Cidade e do Vereador de Pontal do Paran\u00e1 e membro do Conselho da Cidade, Deigaelte de Jesus Oliveira, representando a C\u00e2mara Municipal de Pontal do Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em seguida foi composta a mesa de debate a qual fizeram parte o Assessor do Gabinete da Prefeitura de Pontal do Paran\u00e1, Marcelo El\u00edsio, o Secret\u00e1rio de Projetos e Planejamento Urbano e Presidente do Conselho da Cidade, Heitor Kayamori e o Fiscal Municipal, Luiz Krezinski.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foram formados grupos de trabalho compostos pelos participantes, com os seguintes temas: \u201cO Plano Diretor com a Participa\u00e7\u00e3o Social e o Papel do Conselho Municipal da Cidade\u201d, onde a popula\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00f4de elaborar propostas p\u00fablicas para serem votadas e aprovadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><div>Ao final foi formada uma Plen\u00e1ria Consultiva, onde as propostas apresentadas pelos Grupos de Trabalho foram submetidas a vota\u00e7\u00e3o. As propostas aprovadas nesta vota\u00e7\u00e3o passaram ainda pelo crivo da Plen\u00e1ria Final que analisou, aprovou, rejeitou ou rejeitou em partes as propostas.
